We offer a wide variety of polyester or epoxy powder, which is then heated to fuse into a protective layer much more durable than paint.

At Lanier Powder coating, We use a variety of abrasive media to roughen or clean (a surface) with a jet of sand driven by compressed air or steam.

The finish employs ceramic (hence "cera") particles as part of the solution. This coating is popular in the gun community and for high temp parts and accessories.

Benefits of Cerakote

High temp ceramic coatings are capable of withstanding the harshest of under the hood conditions. Cerakote is offered in a multitude of colors! For instance, Cerakote C-7600 (Glacier Black) is Formulated to take on temperatures of over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit and thermal shock from those temperatures straight into water without any negative effects. C-7600 retains its rich and clean satin finish in even the most intense of environments. This means reduced under-hood temps, higher exhaust gas velocity  and a longer life of the full exhaust system. After curing, a very effective corrosion resistant film is formed that protects against oxidation, and further extends the life of the part and enhances the overall appearance!
